Manny is a Certified Professional Home Inspector, Licensed and Insured by NYS (License #16000098512), and certified by InterNACHI. He provides his clients with an extensive and accurate evaluation of the property they are interested in purchasing.

 

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Manny worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started his career as an electrician, working under Master Electricians. He decided to go back to school and get his HVAC Operating Engineer license. In addition to running his own Home Inspection company, Manny is also a Chief Engineer and Fire Safety Director, currently running multi-million dollar projects. Manny oversees every aspect of the construction projects, which helps keep him up to date with all the newest technology and is able to carry his knowledge and experience over to his home inspections.
