Re-Inspection

A buyer can feel overwhelmed once they discover deficiencies in their prospective home. We offer a Re-Inspection of the property once repairs are done to make sure all the repairs were properly completed before purchasing the home.

Pre-Listing Inspection

The Seller of a home should have an understanding of their property’s condition before it goes on the market.

The Inspector will evaluate readily accessible components of a home and list all deficiencies. With this information the seller can make any necessary repairs, making the home more appealing to buyers.

New Construction Inspection

Even in brand new homes some building defects will be discovered during inspection. We will evaluate readily accessible components, as well as installed systems. We will pinpoint any safety hazards or material defects. If there are any deficiencies the buyer will be able to discuss repairs with the builder.
